Gwen is hot but admits her cd is crap

Former No Doubt rocker Gwen Stefani is embarrassed by new album The Sweet Escape - as it's made up from her debut's "leftovers".

The Hollaback Girl star, whose second album is released today (04Dec06), admits she didn't intend to make a follow up to Love Angel Music Baby and was torn between motherhood and making music - but now insists she's happy doing both.

She says, "I never intended to do another solo record. It's kind of embarrassing talking about it.

"I had a couple of amazing tracks left over from the last one ... but I wanted to have a baby. Now I have both. I'm just going with the flow."

But despite using leftover tracks on The Sweet Escape, Stefani believes the tunes are a departure from her previous solo sound.

She says, "The last one was a total dance record. Not serious, very light. This one is way different.

"The inspiration for this one is `it doesn't have a direction', making it very modern."

So basically right when you your cd comes out, you tell everyone it sucks. That is just horrible. Then why put it out in first place and waste people money to invest in a record, when your gonna say it just sucks, and just left overs. Like a child thats left at a school and daddy forgot to pick him up. Go all out or just stay home and be a mom. But pick one or another. Because you cant do both obviously!

This album is pretty bad and the songs I list that are good..are Good for THIS album not compared to l.a.m.b...nothing compares to that at least not much on this album..this album also is too rap oriented..she's not rap..she needs to stick to pop..her rap wannabe tracks are horrible and are better off not put on an album
